I spoke this morning with EA support via chat. They told me conflicting things, but essentially that they are working to resolve it. My two cents: with the incoming release of BF2025 they have bigger fish to fry instead solving now a limited problem (since it only affects one type of server and only PS users) of a 9-year-old game. 

They will solve it. Who knows when.
