Hello Duke_of_Judea,
Usually the issue gets handled via the EA support, since the issue is account-related (game ownership). I would advise you that you try talking with EA support again, maybe try using the email option.
The Live Chat is totally worthless and unhelpful, they give me the same instructions over and over again and forced me to wait hours for them just to reply.
He gave me those instructions:
Navigate to the directory C:\ProgramData\Origin and delete all the files and folders contained within or if you find any EA folder there delete that also
Similarly, go to C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts and delete all the contents located there.
Afterward, restart your computer.
When you reopen EA app, it may display an "updating" message for any games you have downloaded. Please be patient and allow the update process to complete.
Then it will work for you.
And when i told him it doesn't work, he told me to do a clean boot. i despretely tried to explain to him it won't work either he simply refused to continue to help me. i'm not going to wait hours again just to get their attention.
