Battlefield 4 bug

I'm playing BF4 on Xbox series X, and the game will not launch on a lot of premium maps. Whenever the game loads to a premium map, the game then bugs with a black screen and some times disconnects the game itself which then drags me back to the main menu of the console. And yes, I have installed and reinstalled the premium version and the add-ons several times. I've also reported this issue to EA multiple times, and I mean multiple times, and I still have not heard back from them. Its really pissing me the **bleep** off because EA clearly does not give a single **bleep** of solving this issue. I spent my hard earned money on this game to play every premium maps. Not just a few! 

I'm **bleep** fed up with this **bleep**!

    Hello 159393263​,

    The only advice I can give you is to reinstall your game since you are on console. Additionally, make sure you actually own Battlefield 4 Premium. If the issue persists, you should try talking with EA support again.

    I have the same issue on Xbox Series X ! Any fix ? Please HELP !
