Battlefield 4 crashing

Yes, I play on Xbox Series S and have a similarly ludicrous amount of time in BF4... for the past month or so, my game goes through the loading screen sometimes but every time without fail the whole game crashes to the Xbox Home Screen. Did everything in terms of support from EA and Microsoft, and Microsoft Customer Support has now blacklisted my number apparently.
