[Battlefield 4 PC] Crashes after deploy

So I've been playing BF4 for a few months now. Haven't run into any problems until a few days ago. I can select a MP server and the game loads normally, but when I reach the deploy screen, the game freezes and then I'm forced to terminate the program. I get the stupid "Battlefield 4 has stopped working" **bleep**. I thought this happened due to an outdated driver etc. So I did a clean uninstall of my ATI Catalyst control center and my video drivers, and downloaded/installed the latest drivers etc. I'm still getting the same crash!! I even tried a factory reset! It worked for a day, played a few rounds, but now its doing the same thing!!
I have no idea what to do, been looking on the Googles for answers, but haven't found a fix that works.
I checked the error logs on the "Event Viewer" and it showed this. Don't know what it means, but here:

Take pity on an Alienware owner, I've had a few heartbreaking issues with this "laptop" and I regret buying this gigantic thing. I regretted my decision 3 years ago when I bought it. I really need your help guys, you people know a lot more than me and I want to get back to BF4 ASAP.

  • -Go to C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and delete the file "PROFSAVE_profile" (or you could just move it somewhere else on your PC for safekeeping). This will also reset keybindings and graphics settings so you will need to do them again when you launch the game.

    Fixed Thanks!
