Battlefield 4 via Steam won't launch

As the title says I'm trying to open Battlefield 4 via steam which opens the EA APP. The EA APP then crashes and reopens, I don't know what to do?

I tried cleaning the Cache, Checking Files Integrity, running as admin, and everything I could find on youtube and the forums, and nothing seems to work. 

Can someone help me out?
