Unfortunately, you'll just need to keep trying. Support can't manually award glitched or non-working achievements. Also, make sure you're meeting all the requirements correctly.
It's not an issue with Steam achievement - Battlelog is the issue since it doesn't track stats properly in this case so achievement can't be unlocked because of that. Someone has to be working on battlelog still, how does the site function..
Do you see how stupid it is when it counts kills that I got with crafted weapon from gun bench but it doesn't count that I actually crafted one and entered a match?
