Battlefield playtest platform help
I won the playtest qualification for the new balltefield, but the email shows that I can only play it on ps5. Strangely, I didn't select ps5 in the survey questionnaire. I didn't even have a ps5. I need help to change my ps5 test qualification to pc test qualification. I only have pc.

The EA team does not have the ability to change your playtesting platform. There is no way around this, sorry for the bad news.
You should change your preferences inside of your playtest profile to avoid issues like this in the future.
