BF 4 Crashing as Server is Loading on Xbox Series S
I play Battlefield 4 on Xbox Series S. The game can load into the initial navigation screen. When loading into a random server or through the server browser my game crashes, and get sent back to the Xbox Home Screen. This happens every time with out fail, and started on 2/9/2025. I have tried many different troubleshooting solutions which is listed below, but nothing is working...
TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY ATTEMPTED:
- Game is Automatically Updated
- Router Reset
- Clearing the Console Cache
- Uninstalled /Reinstalled
- DNS Manual Changes
- FACTORY RESET the Console
- Clearing the Alternate MAC Address

Has anyone ran into this issue or know a solution?
Could there be something wrong with the software / hardware in my Series S Console?
I have talked to Microsoft but their Customer Support hangs up on me as soon as they ask for proof of someone that works at EA telling me to call Microsoft for support on the matter. Truly ridiculous and I think they banned my phone number.
