Here's a few ways to troubleshoot the issue.
Here's an internet speed test that measures packet loss.
Here's a guide on how to run a traceroute to the Battlefield game servers. It might show some packet loss.

Then type in the server's IP address to lookup it's location.
Hi, I did the speed test thing that measures packet loss, it says 0% loss, am I seeing it right or did I miss any info?

That's good you have no packet loss to the speed test server. The traceroute will check for packet loss to the game server.
Heyy, so today I tried some servers and ping seems normal again, but I did the traceroute tutorial anyway:
Does it look like EA problem? Oh, also, my BF1 is through Steam, and I made Steam check the game files, and it found some "errors" and then redownloaded the files that had error. Maybe that could have been the solution?
The traceroute to the game server looks good! I don't see any packet loss or high ping. It looks like you're connected to a Battlefield 1 game server in Brazil.
If you have issues in the future you can run another traceroute to the game server.
