Bf4 china rising dlc, ps3, code no longer valid and didn't download. :/

you do not need the code again as is it linked to your account. You should be able to download

the DLC without a code. It should be available in the game store.

hi, and thank you for responding. unfortunately its not working when i log on to the playstation store or the ingame store. it says i have to pay.

I'm having the same issues on Xbox. i entered the code for the expansion and now it tells me that the code has already been used and i still dont have the expansion. Now they want me to pay.

Im having the same problem. I did get to download it on the PS3, thinking once I actually downloaded it, it would show up in the PS4 store showing its free and all I would need to do is re-download it on the PS4, but of course that doesnt work. Ive been waiting all day to download it and now  its saying I need to pay for it, its complete bull crap. 

I don't know why have the felling that they will say the promotion of China Rising code was for PS3 only as it was the game you originaly bought and the PS4 upgrade was just for the game... 

If you want the China Rising DLC for PS4 have to pay for it...

If you redeemed a code from gamestop and it isn't working and asking you to purchase again well this is the ACTUAL FIX.  TRY THIS NO MATTER WHAT TRUST ME.

1. Go to Xbox 360 settings > account > Download history

2. Find Battlefield 4 China Rising(108kbs or something like that)

3. Redownload the Battlefield 4 China Rising takes 2 secs.

4. Start Battlefield 4

5. Go to Store> Click on China Rising premium > Then go DOWN ONE to just select the china rising expansion WITHOUT the premium.

6. Clicking on that brings you to a buy screen that says FREE.

7. Click confirm purchase and it will download. (1.27)gb

5. or to get the download screen After STEP 4 you can just try to play a china rising map and when it prompts to download just download it by clicking confirm purchase its free.

Copy of the voucher paper code (scan) that came on the PS3
Copy of the order from Amazon 

Copy of the order from PSN web and email

I was provided with a code to download China Rising from PS4 Store

I open a case via chat and the whole process was like 1.5 hours

I did a chat with an "EA Advisor" and I got no where with them. I'm taking this game back tomorrow to GameStop or just going to burn it. F EA and all the B.S. that came with this game! Ok had exactly the same problem, instead of trying to re key the code you should go to Playstation store, then search Battlefield 4, go to BF4 then down to China rising it should say choose version, there is a free version waiting for you underneath the paid one.

If you used the Digital Upgrade from the PS3 to the PS4 EA has changed their policies today and stated they are not going to honor the China Rising Expansion Pack on the PS4,  See my chat text a couple posts up.  You can look through the PSN Store until you are blue in the face and you will find nothing except for a prompt to pay 14.99 for DLC that was included in your original purchase price.
