BF4 Won't Install PS4

I have a physical disc copy of BF4 from Gamestop. I have tried to install the game over 13 times now and it always gets stuck at at a percentage and won't go anymore. I download all the patches and updates fine, within secs. I have a 100mbps internet connection. So I can get all the updates fine, the game just will not complete the install. It says Campaign 100%, and FULL GAME %% and it just hangs there. I started my last attempt at 6pm last night, and I left my PS4 on all night and it is now 8am. So 14 hours later, my game went from 20% FUll Game - 30% Full game.

What's the problem?

This is happening to me too! I'm not sure is the problem in with the disk itself or just one of the many problems they are having!
An answer would be nice!

This is so annoying paying $60 for this game that I can't play online at release because it won't **bleep**ing install

Having a similar issue. I preordered the physical copy from Amazon and have been trying to install the game for 3 days with no luck. The Campaign mode is at 100% and I have been able to play through the first mission, but the "Full Game" has never progressed past 41%. I've tried deleting and reinstalling several times with no luck- it keeps freezing at 41%. I've also contacted EA support and was told they would escalate the issue and I'd have a response in TWO TO THREE WEEKS. A little annoyed, hopefully we hear something soon otherwise I'll be looking for a refund so that I can buy something that I can actually use my new PS4 for.

Yes please let us know what thet say! I've been letting mine install for hours in hopes that it would jump even 1%, but nope. At least I have Assasin's Creed to hold me over for a while, but I want to blow some **bleep** up already!

seriously getting ridiculous, can't even get an answer out of them addressing that this is an issue. Better be fixed in the patch or surely this game will be returned. It's Stupid preordering a physical copy of a game for $60 that you can't play because there is some install bug that won't get past 59%. Hope EA enjoys these sales numbers on BF4 because they are losing fans by the second

So I actually ended up fixing mine. Turns out what the Sony support lady said was true in that it was probably the disc. I took a nice cloth and rubbed all around the center and edges making sure no smudges or fingerprints at all, and lo and behold it's going up a percent every 30 secs now

Ok its the disk. Cleaning fixed my problem.

Thanks to those that recommended cleaning the disk. I've jumped from 41% - 50% in the last 3 minutes after taking it out and giving it a quick wipe with the inside of my sweatshirt. Odd, though, since there didn't appear to be anything wrong or any smudges.

Wow! My week and a half struggle to play this damn game has finally come to an end. Cleaning the disk worked like a charm, even though I couldn't see so much as a hair on the disk. If I could hug every one of you I would!
