HELP

Recently after many year's ive come back to Battlefield 1 and unfourtanly EA play, and as typical there is a problem.
Today i came home and opened up the EA launcher to find battlefield and all my other games GONE and a message stating that my ownership has been disabled or deleted? 
I tried contacting EA play but for my first case i got angry after waiting to long and turned of my pc which closed the case 

and for my second case it got flagged as "fixed" with no response... 

In short the problem is all my games are gone and the error message im getting is "ownership of games disabled or deleted" and "failed to launch game". Screenshots down bellow
