HELP

Recently after many year's ive come back to Battlefield 1 and unfourtanly EA play, and as typical there is a problem.
Today i came home and opened up the EA launcher to find battlefield and all my other games GONE and a message stating that my ownership has been disabled or deleted? 
I tried contacting EA play but for my first case i got angry after waiting to long and turned of my pc which closed the case 

and for my second case it got flagged as "fixed" with no response... 

In short the problem is all my games are gone and the error message im getting is "ownership of games disabled or deleted" and "failed to launch game". Screenshots down bellow

    Hello epicgamer1502,

    Make sure you are using the same account. If you are using the same account, then you should continue talking with EA support since they are the only ones able to assist you further.

    Sorry to hear this, but unfortunately this isn't something anyone here can fix as nobody can access your game account for security reasons.

    I'd suggest trying again with EA Help in this case, although it might be worth trying to get a live chat instead (I got one just now by selecting 'EA Play' - 'I need help loading my game'). It might also be worth opening the previous cases or checking your linked email to see if there are any messages from EA Help in either of those places.
