This is a private server ban so EA would not be able to remove it as it's not something they've applied to your account.
You will need to contact the server owner to ask them about unbanning you. You may also need to contact BFEAC to appeal if you've been added to a database. Alternatively you can play on official servers or ones that don't use BFEAC.

I guess that they will have information on their website. If you search online for "BFEAC" you should find it.
I'm not a PC player so I don't know much about their process. Just that a lot of private servers use their plugin.
