Try reinstalling Battlefield 3 and launch the game directly from inside of the EA app.

Did that. Same result. It said it couldn't login to EA Online. If I try it from the Battlelog, it says something about needing to patch it.

    The issue is related to Battlelog, launch the game from the EA app. Do not use Battlelog.
