I cannot connect to EA servers on BF1, please help!

(I have it on Steam if that's important) I click to play the game, and everything is fine, no crashes or anything. However, whenever I load it up, it always says that I'm offline, I try to connect and it just won't work. I've tried to repair the EA app and anti-cheat, reinstalled it multiple times, Changed my DNS server, basically everything it told me to do to get back online. Nothing has worked, and I want to play this game with friends. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know.

  • Exact same thing for me. I owned the game for Xbox, couldn't get on, so I purchased the game again through Steam for PC, but still can't play online. I have tried EVERYTHING that the internet says to try.

Yesterday I was able to play on Xbox. When I tried going on, it said my login credentials were expired, so I reset my password for that account and it magically worked. The funny part is, when I went on the Xbox to see if it worked, it never asked me for the new credentials.

    Still can't play on PC.

  • Me too, but I've also noticed something. I can't go online when I use the WiFi at home, but when I turn on my phone's personal hotspot and use the data from my SIM card, I can get online. I don't understand why.
