I cannot play BF1 - Game wont start

Hello, when I try to launch the game via steam, the game never launches and then I got this message that says: 

An error has occurred. Try resetting your password and restarting the game. You can close this window now.

I've reset the password multiple times/restart/uninstall ea and BF1, but nothing changes.
