i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

It's been almost 2 months and I still don't get the campaign assignment guns. At this point i've lost all hope of this being fixed.
