i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

Battle packs, kit shortcuts and DLC are all still available for purchase, but EA can't resolve a simple bug from a 2+ month old thread/ apparently a 10-year-old problem? I would understand if they just straight-up said they're done with support, as it's an old game, instead of saying there is no further information.
I mean there's a Canadian person in this thread talking about putting together a case for consumer rights... because EA won't fix an unlock/progression system... which at BF4's core is the entire point of the game, is it not? What's a guy (and everyone else) gotta do to get EA into gear to sort this out?
I think the real kicker is that the problem only became widespread around June of this year. My guess is they did little updates for purposes of marketing BF6 and it somehow broke the campaign unlocks.
