i dont get the unlocks from the story

I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

if 2042 wasn't enough, this should make you reconsider buying bf6
