i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

Hello! I noticed the main thread for this issue was locked down but there has been no announcement or notice of this issue getting resolved and this issue is quite important as it's not letting players access the content we paid for with our own hard earned money, it is only fair we get this issue resolved so we can continue to enjoy the game and get acess to the content we paid for, I sincerely ask the moderators here to not lock down the discussion as more and more people are encountering this issue as this become an important issue for EA and DICE to fix, again as mentioned previously EA has shown and set the precedent they will update older games even after years since they receive it's final update such as BF1 and BFV so this should be fixed as well, if the issue is still hasn't been fix we need to keep this thread open to keep a current channel open notifying the issue is still persisting or if it got resolved so that is the reason why I'm creating this new thread, my intention is not to be annoying but to keep looking, waiting and hoping this gets fixed, thank you.
Attaching again some of the screenshots I attached on my first post proving I did complete the requirements to receive the QBZ-95-1, P90 and M249, these achievements also appear perfectly fine on the EA App as well
Very curious of what the reason is as to why they locked the main thread down. It had over 140 replies last time I looked and was getting good traction. I have yet to see an EA Community Manager comment on this issue despite it affecting all players.
Utterly ridiculous. Locked without any response or solution? That's really poor form.
It's really hard to give EA the benefit of the doubt here. I understand now why so many bigger voices and consumers are really jaded when it comes to EA. It's so sad and a shame because BF4 is such a great game with a great community.
Agreed. It would be one thing if a community manager replied to the thread with a confirmation from EA or DICE that the bug is acknowledged and being addressed, but just locking the thread without giving anyone any insight as to what is going to happen isn’t a good look.
There was no reason to lock the old thread as far as I can tell.
Considering this seems to be an issue since launch, they are probably happy to just sweep it under the rug. I wonder what our options as consumers are when content that was paid for isn't provided in full. Consumer law is pretty powerful here in Australia, might be worth looking into at this point because this is super frustrating.
The weird part is that this bug started around June or July of this year in a much more consistent manner and if you check the other threads BF1 started getting affected by another bug regarding the scrap exchange weekly rotation, something must have been changed somewhere that started this issue for BF4 and also BF1, the BF4 being a more frustrating example in my case as I spend time and effort beating the campaign on hard, collecting and the weapons and dog tags only to not received the guns I have technically and literally paid for and what's worse is that there is no substitute way to get them currently, this is the reason why I even went out of my way and proposed 3 different solutions that should be fairly easy to accomplish by a billion dollar corporation such as EA.
We are not asking for free stuff, we are asking to receive the content we paid for and nothing else, this is why I have been checking on and off this place and posting about it because I think it's only fair we get this issue resolve.
The solutions you mentioned all sounded very feasible. I agree that this is probably something an intern could take care of if given the chance. I have a few good friends who are lawyers and specialise in corporate law. I'd be interested to hear their thoughts on this situation.
The issue has been reported to the EA team; as of now there is no further information available.
May I ask exactly when this was reported to the EA Team and if the EA team confirmed receipt of the report? I think the concern among players is that this issue has been ongoing since June and if it was reported all the way back then but nothing has been done, it would seem that the best thing to do would be to report the issue the EA Team again with a request that someone with some authority make a post on this thread acknowledging the existence of the bug and giving a rough ETA of when it will be addressed.
I have played the campaign 5 times in a row, but none of the dog tags or weapons have been saved. I already made a decision in the final mission, but no weapons have been updated... please help, i paid for it and i deserve to get what i want. and i want my collectables saved in my assignment stat, and the weapon too in multiplayer, in this case i want P90, how many time i should kill her (Hannah) to get P90 in multiplayer? omg... please update my achievement and the weapon i get in multiplayer and my assignments
Doesn't appear for me in neither battlelog nor ingame, Steam is the only one that tracks it right. Ridiculous.

I'm sorry to say, though, that so far there have not been any updates or solutions.
Thank you for re-opening this thread! It's very much appreciated given the bug affects all BF4 players. For some clarity and reassurance, may I ask if EA or DICE have acknowledged the existence of the bug? I'm sure it isn't on their priority list with BF6's release coming up, but even if they just gave some affirmative acknowledgement of the bug would go a long way.
