i dont get the unlocks from the story

I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

Hello @NUDKA241,

There is nothing much that can be done by support. You will just have to play the campaign again, also check the requirements for unlocking the weapons. 

Most likely the requirements are not fulfilled.

I got it in a campaign, but not in a multiplayer, where I would really like it

        If specifically the Dog tags are missing then you can try talking with EA support.
