i dont get the unlocks from the story

Literally same. I was missing one gun from years ago, went back to get it, nope. Nothing. Did that last week, still haven't unlocked it yet. Super frustrating. Why is there no fix for this??

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to complete single missions? I completed all 3 endings, got achievements in Steam and EA, but the battlelog still shows not completed. I really want to get a weapon.

As the title mentions, I completed the campaign a few weeks ago and obtained all the ending achievements, but apart from the REX revolver, which I obtained several years ago, I have not unlocked any of the others.

I also tried a few multiplayer games and even leveled up, but there was no sign of unlocking weapons. Can anyone tell me what to do and how to solve this problem?
I completed the game on Steam, but unlocking REX was done on Origin.

There is  an issue with Battlefield 4, where the campaign is completed but weapons are not given, which has been reported but no one cares about it.

I had tried many ways to fix it,but no one worked,when can I have those guns?EA may abandon the BF4 players,they know the problem but no actions taken.

Iv'e recently purchased BF4 on Steam. I've finished campaign on Hard. Found all the collectibles(weapons and dogtags), finished the final mission 3 times, in order to have all the endings. But content is not opened in multiplayer. Even though I have all the proper achievements in EA and Steam. My battletog does not recognize any of it. I don't have access to my unlocked weapons and dogtags. I've waited through credits, waited for two weeks. Spoke to ea help advisor. Nothing. And it's pretty daunting.

Also my case marked as "solved", but nobody contacted me and it's not solved.
