I really want to participate in Battlefield Labs test

Dear fellow soldiers on the battlefield! 

I was extremely fortunate to be granted the qualification to test an Xbox console game. I was full of excitement and ready to experience the new content. However, unfortunately, my Xbox console suddenly broke down and couldn't be used at all for a short period of time. This put me in a difficult situation. 

As a seasoned battlefield gamer, I have spent a total of 500 hours in Battlefield 1, experiencing the brutality and passion of World War I in the midst of gunfire; and I also spent 200 hours in Battlefield 2042, experiencing the intense confrontation of future wars. Moreover, I own several games in the Battlefield series. I can say that Battlefield has become an indispensable part of my gaming life. 

I fully understand the significance of testing in game development and improvement, and I sincerely hope to contribute my share to the optimization of the game. Therefore, I contacted the customer service and earnestly requested to exchange my Xbox testing qualification for a PC testing qualification, so that I could smoothly participate in the testing. However, the customer service refused my request on the grounds of limited qualifications and insufficient authority. Finally, they suggested that I post a request for help in the community. 

Here, I sincerely hope to receive some assistance: How can I ensure that I don't miss this rare opportunity for the test?
