At EA Help, I think the employee can search for your purchase based on the order ID.
Then maybe the employee could configure and enable the BFV Enlister Offer weapons in the database on the server side.

HUN_galga okay that sounds good then. I'm not sure what my order ID is, but if I trawl through my emails I'm sure I could find it. Who should I contact to give this a go? I've contacted EA support multiple times now and they've just said "oh we'll look into it".
