my BF1 account banned unfairly. Site and support not working properly.

i have opened a case on the website, but I am unable to respond to your messages there due to a technical issue on your side — there is no place to reply. Therefore, I am replying via email.
The support has been very poor and unhelpful — you are not providing real assistance.

Here is my issue:
I am a long-time Battlefield player and my account is very old. However, I haven’t played Battlefield 1 for around 6–7 years, maybe even longer.
Now, when I tried to play again, I was shocked to find that my account is banned for no reason. This is unfair and unjust — there are no words to describe the injustice I’ve experienced.
I have never used any cheating software — the ban was completely uncalled for.
Even on your website, it shows that my account has no active bans, but when I try to play, I get a message saying my account is banned.
In the case, I have attached two images that support my statements. However, I cannot continue responding to the open case due to a glitch in your website.
Please take immediate action to lift the ban on my account. Thank you.
