Premium Account Code Issue

I just bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition yesterday. I redeemed my Online pass, plus premium membership pass using the code in the game on xbox.com while signed into my account ( l Tony12 l ). I then went to play the game and it said my account still needed the online pass. It asked me to purchase it or redeem it. I clicked redeem and tried the same code. This code was now listed as already used. I don't know if I wasn't suppost to redeem the code online at xbox.com or what but shouldn't it still work since I redeemed it using my account? and the most annoying thing is that there is no number to call for help. Is there something I can do to get my online pass. I should not have to pay for it concidering I already bought it.

    you should use the live chat or phone support for important problems  https://help.ea.com/contact-us Under product select Battlefield 3, Under Category select Account/Registration, Under Platform select the platform.
    You should see at the bottom Call Me Live Chat, Email Me. Select Either Call me or live chat (whichever one is available).

  • Tony this is an easy fix. I recommend going to your download history and re-downloading your online pass to your console.  Since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Purchase History" and then scroll down until you see your online pass and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox. 

    If this doesn't work you can contact EA customer support, be sure to check the telephone option since you wish to phone them and check the callback option so you don't have to wait on hold forever.  https://help.ea.com/contact-us
