It might be worth contacting EA Help about this one. It could be an account issue, since you mention that you've had a previous account compromised.
You should be able to open a case or have a live chat over at help.ea.com.
Of course, someone here may be able to recommend a resolution too.
i forgot to mention that i contacted the support and opened a live chat, and the support member said to ask the community :/
