Re: A new beginning dog tag not received

It is literally impossible to try again :/. When I go back to the mcom it is red, meaning i've "completed" it and if I go stand on the balcony on giant's shadow, the pigeon simply doesn't come anymore, no matter how long I wait.

I've now also done Conflict, Omen, Angel sighting and belly of the beast and haven't received any dog tags. Weirdly enough, I got the ascension skin.

@EA_Atic I myself am having this same issue with the missing dog tag, and after contacting the "Contact us" support all they could do is say "We can't fix it" and pointed me here.

Is it just a case of passing the blame to one another, isn't there someone who's job it is to fix these issues? If there is I'd like the info to be able to report the bug to them.

@EA_Atic  @ElliotLH The lights are now red and it did make the sound when the bird flew by. So that should mean it's complete right? If I go back to the windmill the bird no longer shows up.

If both these parties pointing at each other can't help, who can?

@ElliotLH I thought red lights meant you had the dog tag or at least completed the bird part of the quest? In my case the bird missed me the first time I tried and there was NO audio cue. The second time I lined myself up with the bird and then I got the sound to play.

I will try going back to Giant's Shadow but I have done it 5-6 times since the second time when the sound played and the bird has never showed up again. I'll be back to report on what happens.

@ElliotLH So I went back to Giant's Shadow and waited for 15 minutes. The bird never showed whereas before I got the audio cue on it, it showed up both times in under two minutes.

The bird passed through me, I got the audio cue, the MCOM lights are red, the bird no longer appears. It's delayed in updating I have it by 24 hours or it's bugged.

@ElliotLH That is helpful to know thanks, though in game or on the mobile app it still doesn't show so until it does I'm not going any further down the peacekeeper Easter egg quest line.

It's too much work to leave anything to chance but I appreciate the help nonetheless.
