Hi @Ayeleedz That message means that the linked email address has been deactivated. If you still have access to the email then logging in with it at ea.com or resetting your password for your EA Account should reactivate it.
If doing that doesn't help or you no longer have access to that email address, then you'll need to open a case at help.ea.com.
