Hey I am also experiencing this problem I have done everything support has told me to do. I’ve even restored my whole system I uninstalled and installed game and still nothing. Please I would also like to figure out the solution to this problem.

I'm going to try to just delete the previous update and reinstall. I'll let you know later if it works.

Call ea and tell them to delete you from the cloud.youd have to start all over but at least you’ll be able to play at least that’s what Microsoft told me

Have you tried to go to delete the cloud saves thru the Xbox? It's on the previous screen. It worked for me. You HAVE to pick the 'delete everywhere' option and not the delete from device. Then restart. This will keep your status and weapons you unlocked. When you start up the game it will start in the tutorial but I promise it will be there.

I did it last night.

Here. I was chose the wrong one and just cleared from device as I was afraid it would delete the entire profile. It will save your stuff.

I dont have this option delete everywhere

As I said, I have the same problem. I have tried everything written, but nothing helps EA have no idea what it may be and my friend can not log in to my account through his xbox. (he can log in to his user)

has ea been drinking alcohol?

Hello everyone!

I'm looking in to this issue and I need a bit of information from you guys and I just want to make sure you done the troubleshooting list i'm posting down below.

Have you done this steps to try the to solve it?

Power cycle

Do other EA games work for you?

Reinstall the game

Remove the gamertag and re download it

Remove BF1 saves

Remove BF1 cloud saves (this don't remove multiplayer stats, they are stored on our server)

Tried your XboxOne account on another XboxOne, start Bf1 to see if the same problem happen.

If the above don't work please gather the information below.

This is the information i need from you guys.

What Xbox os versions are you on.

Could you please upload a Youtube clip with the issue you are having and link it to us.

We also need what version of Battlefield 1 that is installed on your machine.

Do you use disk or download version of Battlefield1?

How to get the game version number of the software on the Xbox.

Open my games and apps

Find Battlefield 1

Click LB + RB plus + view on BF1

You should now see allot of text, we need the big texts on top.

I completed every trouble shooting step listed at least twice. I also tried to sign in on another xbox and had the same issue. After I select my profile it freezes on the title screen.
What Xbox os versions are you on: 10.0.16299.4037

Thanks for the information!

Could you try to theses steps:

1. Press controller 'Option' on game tile
2. Choose 'Manage Game'
3. Select 'Saved data'
4. Press controller 'Option' again over affected profile
5. Select 'Delete saved data'
6. Choose 'Delete everywhere' first
7. If the profile image still appears in 'saved data' repeat step #6 but this time choose 'Delete from console' this time.

Hi, I have the same issue with my battlefield 1 game. Does deleting saved data everywhere mean that I will lose my online progress?

Hey @Sandeep_G It will only remove local saves that are saved in cloud.

So removing that save wont remove your MP data 🙂

Everything that is done Online is saved on our end.

Battlefield 1 Digital Copy refuses to Launch on Xbox One S after recent update on November 10, 2017. I have tried repeatedly, it just won't Launch. I did Delete my Saved Data option from Everywhere it didn't Launch, so I deleted my entire saved Data from console, no data showing now, still won't launch. Now I'm getting a message, it says:
(Do you own this game?) ( if you bought this game online, please sign in to xbox live)
Error Code: 0x803f8001
Version: 1.0.51.47049
Size: 66.3GB
Data Saved: None

Hey @FatherDarkCloud

Try to remove your Gamertag from your XboxOne S and then re add it.

Don't forget to do power cycle to clear your temp files from the system.

I cant see any video that uploaded.

Good morning, the delete everywhere solved the issue. I suggest the developers write some code to notify users of a corrupted save, in addition give them a pop up with in dtructions gor clearing the saved data. I spent 4 hours hunting the internet and deleting, downloading 66GB only to find this post buirried in a thread.

The programs could also write a script that Nogales the loading of the corrupted save data after a failed count of 3 trieds for example, then prompt the user that their saved offline progression has been corrupted.

I hope you’ll return these suggestions as the user base really shouldn’t have to trolll the internet for a simple validation routine that every game should have.

I signed out of xbox live, rebooted xbox one s, signed back into xbox live. Battlefield 1 still wouldn't load or launch. So, I Deleted the Game itself from my console drive. I went into Microsoft Store to redownload Battlefield 1.

I wasn't able to find Battlefield 1 in the Games Section, but found it in (EA Access). It said, I have to join EA Access to play Battlefield 1. There asking for more $$. I already purchased Battlefield 1 Digital Copy with a Redeem a Code.
This game Battlefield 1 was my first Digital Copy ever purchased and I'll never purchase another Digital Game ever from Microsoft! To many BUGS or GLITCHES in Digital Downloads! I'm going to have to start buying the Game Disks, never Trust the Microsoft Store. I'm out of $59 dollars and Microsoft stole it. Give me a game that wouldn't Launch after a recent game update.
I played the game when I bought it, multiplayer and after the 11/10/2017 Game update, it quit Launching. Plus I can't reinstall it from store, and I'm surely not going to spend more money to EA Access to play the game.

Hey @FatherDarkCloud If your game is not showing up in: games and apps on your xbox profile, and its on the xbox profile that you did buy the game with. Call Xbox support and see what is going with the purchase.

Hey @BigFoot357 Just to make sure you got the problem that game freeze after selection profile to play with and when you want to clear data for your profile it don't work?

Yes that's exactly my problem I did everything Xbox help told me to do.
And o don't have the option to delete everything or every where mine says clear data I believe
