I am in the same boat. Had an email saying my email address was changed and can no longer see my account at all.
I went through a 30 minute online conversation just to be told to call the help number.

As this is a serious breach of security I am concerned that EA do not have a better system for this. I am not comfortable buying more products on origin if I can lose them all this easily.
