AMD Radeon Driver Version 0.0.0.

I would like to summarize all the steps I have taken regarding the Battlefield V driver issue.
Since the last time I was able to play Battlefield V successfully, I have not made any hardware changes or installed any new software. The only regular change I make is updating my AMD drivers to the latest version.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have completed
Used Display Driver Uninstaller DDU in Safe Mode to fully remove AMD drivers and performed a clean installation
Installed multiple AMD driver versions including the latest and several older stable versions
Verified game files through Steam and the EA App
Completely reinstalled Battlefield V
Edited the device driver version in the Windows registry as suggested in community forums
Forced the game to use the dedicated GPU
Checked Windows updates and the system is fully updated
Restarted EA App and Steam multiple times and cleared cache
Ran the game as Administrator
Disabled overlays including EA Steam and AMD Adrenalin
Checked BIOS graphics related settings
Despite completing all these steps the same driver error still appears and the game does not launch.
I have invested over 200 hours into this game and spent money on in game content so it is very frustrating that I cannot access it anymore. I also noticed that many other users are reporting the same issue online so it does not seem to be an isolated case.
I would appreciate further investigation into this issue.
