There are examples of people having bans revoked following appeals, but the ToS team operate on a case-by-case basis.
If you have been banned, I'd recommend appealing to the ToS team (the guide below should explain the process). However, there are no guarantees that this will result in the ban being lifted.
The service terms team will never be able to see the appeal emails I send because the emails I appeal to are all from game consultants who contact me online and indicate that they do not have any operational permissions. The online game consultant is unable to send the email content to the service terms team for review. They can only comfort my emotions. Apologies.

I would recommend filling out the form in the link I shared earlier. That will go directly to the ToS team.
EA Help can initiate appeals on your behalf, but they do not handle bans directly.
