Banned without reason

To clarify, I am not asking the forum team to overturn my ban. I am trying to obtain a clear explanation from the Terms of Service Moderation team so I can understand what I am being accused of and respond to it appropriately.

My Penalty History only states “Gameplay enhancement,” while the emails I received repeat the same generic decision without explaining the alleged conduct or identifying the relevant part of the User Agreement.

I understand that confidential anti-cheat detection methods cannot be disclosed. I am simply asking for the overall reason for the ban and the specific type of violation alleged.

Could someone please clarify the appropriate procedure for requesting this information, especially when repeated appeals receive the same response within minutes?

I want to understand the allegation before drawing any conclusions about whether the ban was justified.
