Battlefield 5 Special Assignments missing

I reached level 20 with the Scout class, but missing an assignment. I'd like to contact EA Live Chat, but is Live Chat discontinued?

    Hi Klaus-Mayr, 

    You will need to contact EA Help regarding this issue via help.ea.com. Depending on what is available at the time when you've selected the issue, you should see either an email case or live chat option.

I have the same problem, live chat is unavailable, email is unanswered. What to do next?
