It is because JAVELIN EAAC has issues with not correctly signed drivers from BROADCOMM & QUALCOMM devices ...
Switch to another WIFI or Ethernet Card ... INTEL or REALTEK are working.
Also an outdated Driver could cause that issue.
And in case you have installed the GAME not onto C: or via EA APP you maybe have to UPDATE JAVELIN manually (check HELP Webseite and get the Installer) EAAntiCheat.Installer
