Company Coins + Other Progression Issues (Battlefield V)

The images are in portuguese so I'll be translating them. 

In one of them you can see that I was right before reaching level 19, therefore I was close to be gaining 500 Company Coins, however those didn't come to my account and I stayed with 500 Company Coins instead of having 1000 (I already had 500 before leveling up). In another screenshot, you can see the '' 19 '' number below the military rank symbol, that shows the exact moment when I leveled up and should've received my rewards. There's a screenshot showing the '' ID Report '' bug, too, and yes it still exists. I can't acquire the exclusive class skins because they're glitched and their respective Special Assignment missions doesn't show up even when I reach the right level.

I honestly don't know what to do. I already contacted the EA Support, they asked me some questions and sent me some article links and that's all. I like how polite and professional it looked, but the actual solution of the problem didn't come out from it. I got a video recording everything in-game, the moment before I level up, the rewards I should get, the exact moment where I level up and the aftermath of this (which I didn't get anything I should have), but the video is almost 1Gb and it seems I can't send it anywhere through EA Official Contact. 

I tried to ask for help regarding an in-game issue, but they basically told me it was a connection issue. After reading all of their articles sent to me, I guess they're wrong. I'll still try the article steps and if the problem's fixed, I'll look for someone who can close this post or something like that. If this isn't fixed through these steps, I'm supposing their support won't fix it either according to my last experiences, so I'll basically have to abandon the game and maybe try getting a refund for it.

PS: I bought the Definite Edition of the game from Steam, however I already did play the game some years ago through my PS4. I had over 200 hours of playtime in Battlefield 5, and these issues never happened to me at the PS4 Platform, except for the ID Report one.
