Help - unable to access multiplayer

When I try to access multiplayer, I get a message that says “this EA account is restricted from accessing any online features.” This is frustrating, since I have no bans, and this happened out of the blue,

  • Hi @2H22 The message shown in your screenshots is different to what you've quoted in the thread, and is normally linked to connection issues. Where are you seeing the message about your account being restricted?

    I don't know why this particular message appeared on my screen, and it appeared two years ago until now and I haven't been able to play with my account since that time and this is frustrating, can you please find out why?

    The message -

    Not connected to online EA servers

    Help me please.

    @2H22 You can try the steps in the following guides to see if they can resolve the connection issue shown in the screenshots:

    Alternatively, you could try contacting EA Help (help.ea.com), so they can check your account for sanctions, and they should be able to help with connection issues if there isn't a ban in place as well. There's also info about bans and how to appeal in this guide, in case that is actually the issue:

    Unfortunately I didn't find a solution, it seems that I will not be able to play with my account and I will have to create another account to play online

    @ElliotLH Yes, I contacted more than one person, but to no avail, none of them could know the solution and all of them say they will communicate with me by mail, but so far three days have passed and I have not received a message by mail, I have been unable to them!

    @2H22 It sounds like they've created a case at least, so they should update you. Might be worth giving it another day or two.
