How to set up call back? EA Help only allow me to use email

I use a code from third party suceessfully activate Battlefield V on my account, but the game didn't add to my library. I create almost seven cases about this issue, but none of them get reply from EA, and the link they send to set up of call back is expired. ALL OF THEM! It's almost been a week of this issue, and I'm really sick of it.

    What browser are you using? And can you turn of any add block to see if that helps also clear cookies and cache can help @killerjackni

  • @killerjackni You must be in a country that allows the call back option. The call back feature is available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.

    If you are living in a country that doesn't support the 'call me' feature, you could use a Voice-Over-IP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK and use that to call our UK number listed in the phone section here: http://help.ea.com/uk/article/contact-ea-help/

  • @ragnarok013 I live in US, so I think it should be an option for me. But every time I create a new case, the recommend contact option is always email, and I cannot change it.

    @killerjackni It should allow you to change it, since you are in the US have you disabled any script or popup blockers that may be preventing the webpage from functioning? Have you tried another browser such as Internet Explorer to rule out a browser compatibility issue?

  • YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!  been messing with the inept and useless CS Dept for over TWO MONTHS trying to get my account reinstated after a hack years ago.  I Want to play again but account locked up tight and EA is useless!  They keep telling me to call or set up a call but like others here there was no option UNTIL your link... No idea why it has the other options but nothing else had call or chat options.  VERY curious why EA, in 2 months, couldnt give me a working link like this!?  Pathetic, should fire entire CS Dept imho  Thanks for that link !
