"waiting on player"
I started a new case about my problem, but it says "waiting on player". This is what I received on my Email:

How do I tell these lazy * that I still need help?

Hi @AaaE_72,
that's a bit weird. I would then suggest trying to reach out to support via Live-Chat instead.
Not all contact options are displayed for each category, so you might have to change some categories around, but then an advisor can hopefully help with your issue directly.
