Why can I not unlock the special class?

     So when I started playing the game, I bought the upgraded defensive edition for the elites I started playing the game for a couple of months. I played it before I unlocked the outfit for the special classes on my other account but when I started a new account, it doesn’t let me unlock the special assignment when I already reached level 20 on all the classes. Can someone tell me why?

    Hello 4m002ms93pok​,

    If they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

    However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case.

    Please note that missing in-game items cannot be provided here, as nobody has access to game accounts for security reasons.
