why i can't refund the game
The refund page has been loading for over 30 minutes without any progress.Hi, I purchased Battlefield V Definitive Edition (HK$17.45 via WeChat) and tried to request a refund, but the refund page has been stuck loading for over 30 minutes even with a VPN/accelerator.
