why i can't refund the game

The refund page has been loading for over 30 minutes without any progress.Hi, I purchased Battlefield V Definitive Edition (HK$17.45 via WeChat) and tried to request a refund, but the refund page has been stuck loading for over 30 minutes even with a VPN/accelerator. I can't proceed with the refund. Please help me process this refund manually. My order number is [1005787856383].

    we cannot help with refunds here in the forum as we don't have access to account information and those functions.

    If the refund tool is not loading correctly, please try a different browser and see if it works there.
