Fix Dynasty coach xp and abilities

I'm in my second year of dynasty with Notre Dame and my coach xp goals section and the stat goals tab shows 0's all the way down the list. My defense was rated number one the year previous, led nation in sacks, interceptions.ppg allowed and my offense led nation in rushing, fifth in passing, first in ppg I was rated 2nd in final poll, I played and lost the national championship game but still all zeros on my times completed in stat goals!

Also gaining xp points to upgrade coach abilities is reduced to a crawl middle of second season. I'm rated 5th( which is bull crap explained after this) I'm 6-0 leading nation on defense, ppg, rushing, 3rd in passing, 1st in sacks, 1st in turnover ratio, 1st in interceptions( takeaways) and I have gained a whopping 10 PTS to upgrade my coach. I get that it needs to slow to make it more realistic but c'mon 10pts  in 6 games is a not realistic when I'm leading nation in many categories, in scoring 42 points a game and 3 of the 6 were top 25 teams. 

My last one is Notre Dame ( me) is rated 4th in nation and I beat a 22nd rated Boise State 45-27 and Clemson beat an unrated 2-3 SMU team but moved ahead of me in the rankings? What gives? Please tell me how that is possible? Or even makes sense?

Please just keep looking at player feedback and tweaking the game. Don't make it a wait for next installment. I know you guys think you know what you are doing but the current business model of picking profits over customer satisfaction will eventually be a loser for you're bottom line. I know it's worked so far but your customer base is gamers not stock holders but I get you have to keep them satisfied but put your efforts towards the gamers satisfaction and not so much about the profits and stock holders. I promise if you  tweak and fix majority of valid customer complaints about a game and when the next installment comes out with a few new features, updated rosters all based on what your customer base wants your profits and customer base will go to new heights. I know you have pressure from stockholders and board of directors but the greed for profits now model is broke and is more companies don't start considering customer satisfaction as their top concern the tables will turn. Corporations turning a blind eye to customer satisfaction while all eyes are on the profit margin has worked but that model is not sustainable, consumers are paying attention to how their money is being utilized and not relying on brand name and the go to products like it has been. Please just give a * about us gamers and you will profit even more than ever before.
