Wondering the same. They still haven't given south carolina fans the white towels either. 

I remember them stating the lights on X before the game was released?

I've seen a sports illustrated article say that ea confirmed that it's there, but idk if EA themselves ever said it. Who knows. When the game first came out, Sandstorm was only playing at the beginning of the 1st and 4th quarters, then with the update, they added it for all kickoffs like real life. So maybe the next update we'll get more.
