This company stole money from me In broad daylight.
It all started when I found out through a few friends whom of which play ultimate team on here that if you had game pass you could buy the deluxe version for $10.00 and get 4600 points and a few other things and before everyone’s starts calling me broke I know $10.00 isn’t really anything this is more so to show the pure laziness and lack of care for that EA has for US the consumer and lifeline of their company. I purchased the deluxe version opened the game ready to receive my content and low and behold my account was loaded with nothing at all. I reached out and spoke to 3 different support agents from Xbox whom of which all provided me with the same trouble shooting steps (none of which worked) and after troubleshooting was directed from Xbox to contact EA I spoke to EA and essentially was told they could do nothing for me and I needed to come to Xbox to have my issue resolved. I’m fed up with this greedy company that has no touch at all with its community when it comes to customer support, in game content, gameplay, updates, etc and all they are after is the hard earned dollar that is in you and I’s pockets there should be no reason that a company like this should get to continue getting away with things like this. If any EA employee comes across this post (which they won’t because nothing on this forum gets solved) please provide an adequate explanation as to why this is acceptable and how I and maybe many others can get the content that is owed to us.
