So we can supposedly edit fake players that are on the roster before starting dynasty, but we cannot edit random recruits once dynasty starts. This makes no sense and you need to patch this and enable this option in the game.
EA took away all the roster customization, recruit creation and class export to Madden options that made this game so fun to me. I am very disappointed after all this time they would take things away for no reason. I don’t care about editing NIL players, I loved the sandbox aspect of the franchise and to take that out makes the experience as a whole extremely disappointing. I won’t be supporting this franchise next year.
EA, you were so close! The only reason I wanted to play this game was for the Dynasty mode where I can fully edit my players. Why would you bring back “everyone’s favorite mode” and take away all of the feature we liked about it? Please patch in attribute editing. Otherwise I’ll stick with Madden 24.
This seems to be the most requested addition needed just by the sheer number of replies on this thread, and very similar posts from many many others in our community. Yet I haven’t seen one response from EA of any kind to this subject. Very disappointing. The game is fun, but it’s only like 30 percent of the fun of what use to be with ability to edit players skills. The fun of dynasty was the sandbox customization to make our virtual world to be whatever we wanted it to be. I do not see myself buying future games as much as I love college football if EA can’t fix this quickly.
It’s kind of ironic considering this is the exact same thing they pulled in Madden 13, aka……. Madden ‘25’
just let the offline people have their fun and throw us a bone, EA….
EA better pay attention because if they dont add the MAJOR features people have been requesting, no one is going to buy CFB 26.....NO ONE.
CFB 25 will be one and done.
A friend of mine tried to convince me the other night when we were running a game that this is the sacrifice to having REAL players in the game and having to deal with NIL in this day's landscape...but it didn't work because I'd rather have full customization/created recruits in MY sandbox and have fake players if that's the case!!
If that were the case, then why can I create a player in RTG and customize whatever I want on that player if that effects NIL?
I've tweeted Ben Haumiller about this at least 10 times everyday since Monday. Scott OGallagher too
I would even accept a full roster of generated player names in place of a roster with real life NIL players, just like in the old NCAA games. I don’t really care about having the real life players that much, I just like having the option of customizing everything.
