I have leveled my coach all the way up with the original team I started dynasty with. I’ve been accepted a new coaching position and now that I have, my coaches ability benefits aren’t working. For example, it used to take 20 hours to fully recruit all positions because I maxed out the recruiter section. after taking the new job. It takes 30; As if I never leveled up the recruiter bonus.
This is still an issue on CFB 26
Still an issue and I haven't changed schools but I went to have every position able to scout in 20 hours to now they take 30 hours. I do seem to be receiving the bonus from the offensive coordinator as he has that bonus for offensive players but my bonuses as head coach are not applying to all positions.
This bug still needs fixed I already had my scouting abilitiy before went to a new school now it’s 30 hours again and I would repurchase it but I can’t. Please fix EA 350 hours is a lot of time to keep losing

Not sure if the off season exp boost are doing much either. I have the skill as well as my OC and DC.
Idk if it’s some glitch or what, but my entire tactician ability is gone.. I haven’t changed schools or anything. Definitely need a fix for this.
