Coaching Carousel Overhaul
The whole coaching system in Dynasty needs work.
Brief: six seasons in as OC for UL-Monroe, slowly building worst team in country.
I have received a few offers in the offseasons, but what I've been hoping for is to be offered the HC job at the school I've been the OC.
Traditionally, when a small school starts doing well for a few years, the HC leaves and the prime candidate to take his place is a coordinator already at the school.
I'm in season six and the school has hired two new HCs without me getting an offer for the job.
The game needs a function to 'apply' to a job. The work is already done - schools have requirements and the coaches have experience levels. Even when you go into the 'All Jobs' section, you can highlight any job and, at the bottom left, there is a 'Select' option. But when you press the button... nothing happens.
The coaching carousel needs a BIG overhaul. Users should get offers often. Users should get offers at their own school if they're a coordinator. Users should be able to apply to jobs they want and the algorithm can accept or deny them.
