Enjoying the game, appreciate the work. A good pass over development and recruit generation will really help the long term playability of the game, I think.
This problem is still a problem by the way, and for additional context, it appears the issue with players with certain Tendencies not developing properly in dynasty is that skills cost too many skill points. The lowest attributes cost 5-6 skill points for hybrid safeties while the lowest attributes cost 1-2 skill points for all other safeties.
